Our expertise

Weather

Located in Entre-Deux-Mers, on the right bank of the Gironde, a large part of our vineyards overlook the river. Surrounded by the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, our weather is temperate oceanic. Wind and sun regulate the humidity.

Weather plays an important role in favoring the growth and quality of the grapes.

Soils

Our soils are mainly clay-limestone. This type of soil is very fertile and easy to work. It retains water, so the vines are well drained and the soil heats up quickly.

The result is a balance of heat and water for the vines, a balance that is also reflected in our wines.

Grapes

We grow the typical Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec for the reds. Sauvignon blanc, Sauvignon gris and Sémillon for the whites. Planted in 2022, new varieties such as Carmenère, Petit Verdot and Castets will complete the aromatic palette of our estate wines from the 2025 harvest.

The vineyard

All the work carried out during the vine's vegetative cycle is designed to guarantee the production of quality grapes and the health of the plant. This work includes soil maintenance, the use of organic fertilizers, and specific pruning of the vines called “Double Guyot”.

Our vineyard is constantly evolving, with “racotage” - the replacement of vines - deep soil cultivation, and regular investments in our production equipment to facilitate work while preserving the environment.

Harvesting is mechanized to ensure optimal ripeness, avoiding the hot hours of the day to preserve the freshness of the grapes, and reducing the time between harvesting and vatting to limit oxidation.

The winery

Building on our 250-year heritage, we have constantly developed our cellars and invested in modern equipment to vinify our Entre-deux-Mers wines while preserving their character.

We work closely with oenologists to guarantee the quality of our blends.

For red wines, we use a variety of tanks and barrels to obtain different profiles, while white wines are aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness.

Our bottling process is completed on site, and we have storage space available to meet our customers' needs.

Our commitment
